I was recognized as the top performer in my class of a Finance Rotational Program at a Fortune 100 company, where I worked across various business units and lead cross-functional teams regularly. I am detail oriented and enjoy process automation, which led me to reduce the time required for a monthly process by over 98% in my last role. I also have ample Program Management experience, having rolled out multiple global initiatives at various companies that required me to own processes and deliverables from inception to execution.

Expectations

I am looking for a fully remote job that gives me trust and autonomy to execute on my responsibilities. As someone who values efficiency, I would prefer more async communication rather than spending most of my day in meetings. With the proper training and guidance, I am very comfortable working independently - however, I also enjoy the social aspect of work, and am happy to work in team environments as a leader or as a contributor.
