Summary

One of my most impressive accomplishments was producing, directing, and editing 5 short films in 6 months. I have been a video editor for 24 years, beginning my career in broadcast public television promotions and later becoming a freelancer. During my freelance career, my work has appeared on the Inc. Magazine website and Ive scripted, designed, and edited 5 case study videos for Johnson & Johnson.

Expectations

I am seeking a position where I can create videos to promote products, services, and ideas. My primary areas of interest are art, entertainment, alternative health, nutrition, fitness, and personal development. I have a lot of creative input to offer and can contribute to the creative decision-making process. I would appreciate a position that offers advancement and the chance to learn more software packages to increase my value. I would like to advance within one company over the long term. My ideal is to start in a mid-career role and advance to a senior position in the next few years. The most important thing for me is that I can always keep creating in any role I have. Creating keeps me challenged and growing. It would be difficult for me to manage other creatives unless I was able to keep creating myself.
