Executive assistant
Summary
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for President & CEO including staff managing extremely active calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for travel related meetings. Plans, coordinate and ensures the President/CEO and staff schedules are followed and respected. Take transcribes minutes and compose/prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. Arrange programs, events and conferences by arranging for facilities and caterers issuing information/ invitations, coordinating speakers , controlling event budget. Prepare expenses reports, purchase requisitions and other miscellaneous forms. Assist in preparation of presentations including related materials and organize files for maximum utilization. Perform other duties as requested.
