I am a seasoned Product Manager/Owner with 20+ year industry experience in B-to-B SaaS and Enterprise software engineering.
Delivery & Experience: With scalable Agile practice, I have launched and managed products ranging from public-facing multi-lingual, distributed application websites, to internal analytical forecasting tools for strategic business applications, and highly complex business workflow automation.
Domain Expertise: In addition to product management, I have extensive first-hand domain knowledge in infrastructure capacity planning and risk management, customer support operations, and supply chain & manufacturing workflow. I also specialize in data engineering, performance tuning, and end-user experience analysis (holding 3 U.S. patents).
