Summary

I have dedicated my career to building better tools across all aspects of the healthcare industry. I have been integral to driving growth in early stage start-up organizations, with many years spent building a software platform specializing in peer-to-peer clinician collaboration. In my Program Management and Customer Success roles, I worked cross-functionally with every team, including engineering, product, account management, sales, and marketing. Externally, I advised executives and field teams of biopharmaceutical and device companies, as well as physicians, the platform could best serve their companies and their patients. In my most recent position, I was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of partnership, enterprise, and public sector clients. One of my key strengths was my ability to take a collaborative approach with our clients so that they received the highest level of support and satisfaction, and when required, find meaningful resolutions to product delivery challenges.
