I have recently made the switch from IC(SDET/QA) to engineering manager. I am looking to continue on the people leadership track. So, somewhere where I can build on the leadership skills I have gained would be ideal. That being said, I know the market is different and would be open to SDET/QA automation positions as well if it was somewhere that I could continue to work on leadership skills.
