Expectations

With so many years of experience I would like to think that my best contribution to any project must be precisely that experience.
I have participated in dozens of projects of all kinds and I have had roles as pre-sales, consultant, programmer, team leader or architect.

In all of them the technologies change, some were more consulting and some were more technology but the success always had a common point: motivated teams, helping people to be able to focus on the best solution, being honest and applying extreme responsibility.

I work best close to management where the strategic decisions are made, then use my extensive technical knowledge with my teams to implement the tactical solutions and that is a non-negotiable point of the position I hold: very close to or within the strategic decision areas.
