Engineering Manager

Summary

I have worked managing tech teams for 5 years on site and remote. my developer career started with Ruby on Rails where I participated building from scratch WMS systems for ecommerce and then moved to management. As project manager I have worked with RoR as well as JS projects, specially for SEO improvement and data integrations. Before working on RoR I also had some experience in Data Science that continues to be useful when working with large databases.

Expectations

I am looking for a growth opportunity as an engineering manager to continue developing my mentorship and planning skills. Also, I would like to be part of a team where I can feel safe and aligned with the company's goals and how what they do to achieve them.
