Summary

Im an excellent Software Engineering Manager with a passion for growing and supporting Engineering teams as a whole, and the individuals that make up the teams. With several years of experience in Software and DevOps Engineering, I have gained the skills and knowledge needed to support, grow, coach, lead and scale up engineering teams both from a technical perspective and a people's perspective. With a passion for enabling, supporting and coaching individuals, I am able to support a team with focus on the individual, their goals and their learning pace, choosing to always lead with empathy, kindness, embracing vulnerability and creating an environment where team members can bring their true selves to work everyday. I truly believe that focusing on and empowering each individual in a way that is unique to them, is the foundation for building a strong, successful and happy team.

Expectations

Looking for opportunities to lead and support a DevOps/Infrastructure engineering team, ideally a team of 4-6 diverse engineers of varying levels, in a company that focuses on empowering and trusting its people, and truly prioritizing people over process. I would prefer a role that includes about 60/40 or 70/30 split of people/technical work, with no coding. Hoping to join a team of high performing individuals where we can all learn together and from each other and do great work. Diversity and work/life balance are highly important.
