Summary

I bring over 20 years of expertise in developing highly available and mature software solutions. I have been involved in all stages of software development as an engineer. Recently, I have led a geographically diverse team in building a financial service application. I am passionate about recruiting and developing goals that help great engineers developer their career. As a leader, the highest leverage activity I can do to is to build great teams that build great products and that leads to success as a company. My focus as a software engineer has been on building highly available and scalable back-end services. I have strong background in the operational side of engineering in preparing pipelines and procedures to get applications deployed and operational from perspective of scalability, security and visibility.
I strive to be a leader who works to better the lives of those around myself. A leader in the workplace strives to make the workplace a place of inspiration and motivation.
