Summary

I have had the good fortune to grow a product from the team-of-one stage to a seven-figure product with teams in the US and India, as I myself grew from an individual contributor to a manager of managers. It was an incredibly rewarding and educational experience; bringing on new engineers and helping them grow was the best part of my job. Our, "Okay, how are we going to make this new idea a reality?" meetings were a close second; the team's energy in those conversations was always so incredible.

Expectations

I don't expect anything from a job that I don't expect from myself: honestly, empathy, flexibility, and two-way communication. If those exist, I have found that everything else seems to fall in place.
