Summary

I have been in the IT industry as Software Engineer for around 14 years, growing from base roles up to Tech Lead 9 years ago and to Engineering Manager 3 years ago. I have wide experience Leading teams, mentoring and coaching peers, and supporting product building and customer IT services like SaaS and consultancy. I have worked in several industries such as banking, e-commerce, oil & gas, retail, healthcare, pensions, risks and webcasting, and interacted with several stakeholders enough to have full confidence in working in any kind of software development project

Expectations

Due to the current worldwide financial circumstances, my company had to close and leave all of the employees without a job and uncertainly of the last payment. This is something I would like to be avoidable in a new company, looking for security and stability, as well as career growth opportunities and transparency
