Engineering Manager
Summary
During my 16 years in Software Engineering I have spent time in quality assurance, development, tech lead and managerial roles. I have multiple years of experience leading engineering teams, being involved in project planning, leading problem resolutions, and helping to professionally grow the employees on my team. As an Engineering Manager of an application support team, I have strong experience in putting the customer first and providing an exceptional experience for our end users.
I have experience recruiting and onboarding full stack engineers. Ive had to collaborate across all tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical support, and design solutions. I greatly enjoy working with my team members to help develop them in their careers, help them to make their processes more efficient, and working to deliver an enjoyable, fun place to work. Ive built my current team from the ground up, growing from 2 to 10 members, which includes software engineers and test engineers. I have experience setting the teams vision, roadmap, and direction.
