Engineering Manager

Summary

I am an experienced engineering manager with a strong product mindset and a keen interest in building a welcoming and inclusive culture. In my previous scale-up role, I was the engineering manager responsible for a product and team. I was also an advocate for diversity and inclusion; I participated in many initiatives, including delivering a session on D&I at the Matillion annual employee conference. While I was at a mid-stage start-up that scaled to an enterprise, I led the team that oversaw the company's real-time data products, including the monitoring and alerting platforms. I also joined the Agile Ambassador program, which tasked me to assist teams in other teams with setting up or improving their processes and improving the psychological safety within the teams. I also have experience in an early-stage mobile ad-tech start-up, and I co-founded a failed AI-powered content repurposing platform.
