Being the founding Manager of Ericsson NDO R&D Bangalore unit, I had the privilege of driving its expansion from a team of 8 engineers to a robust engineering organization of over 50 professionals in India.
Spearheaded many software product developments like web-based platform for telecom monitoring tool with AI driven use case, Mobile handset applications and microcontroller-based systems & firmware, using tech stack like C, C++, Java, Python, React, Android, Cloud native, DevOps on Microservice, Monolithic and SOA architecture.
Currently accountable for managing application development of a platform dedicated to creating use cases for mobile network diagnostics. This involves containerizing numerous services with Docker and deploying them in a Kubernetes cluster on a cloud-native using microservices architecture. The platform also includes the implementation of AI-ML (Deep Neural Network) use cases for telecom network management, utilizing data processed through an ETL layer.
Managed end-to-end project delivery and oversaw teams responsible for commercializing over 8 mobile handsets (LTE/CDMA/Featurephone). This involved developing application software on Samsung's proprietary and Android platforms for operators in North America, Israel, Indonesia, Canada, and the Indian market. Additionally, played a pivotal role in the establishment of a Samsung R&D center in Bangladesh.
Managed Global stakeholder (Canada, Israel, Korea, US, Spain) for different Telecom Operators & team members (goals, Appraisal), Global recruitment, resource planning and Budget tracking of Euro 257K.
