Employee Experience Manager

Summary

- Experience in marketing - 10 years. The main directions are Communications, Employer Branding, Events, Production, and Design in Global companies and projects.
- Experience in hiring and management of the entrusted team - 5 years.
- Proven experience of successful work with multicultural clients and employees as TA.
- Strong creative thinking and design skills. Successful experience in interaction with creative professionals - editors, SMM, photographers, art directors, and copywriters; organizing filming processes; working with designers, setting tasks for the preparation of visualizations for comms and layouts for printing.
- Procurement of all types of supporting services; technical specifications preparation; tendering, supervision of the implementation - the delivery time and assembly/disassembly services.
- Control of document flow, preparation of primary accounting documents, and proofreading of contracts.
- Monitoring of deadlines, and staff time management.
- Designing global initiatives and projects that drive engagement, and acting as the program manager of these initiatives, ensuring detailed, hands-on, execution in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Personal engagement and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees and stakeholders.
- Strong operational, multi-tasking, and project management skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects at one time in a structured and organized manner.
- Purposeful, hardworking, and motivated to achieve maximum results - as confirmed by successful career development.
