Summary

I'm a freshly graduate embedded software engineer, I gave it a shot to be a general software engineer with my previous employer, but I didn't find myself nor my passion.
I'm currently looking for my new employer where we can invest in each other.
I'm pretty confident that I'm a winning deal but just need sometime to get myself familiarized with the professional embedded SW development projects.

To encourage the senior colleagues to transfer their knowledge and support the less senior ones, and also encourage the the new team members to speak, express their selves and concerns and share their opinions
