Embedded/ Firmware Engineer
Summary
I'm an Embedded Firmware Engineer who builds things that actually run on hardware. STM32, ESP32, bare metal ARM, FreeRTOS, AWS. I've worked across the full stack from writing ISR handlers and configuring peripherals to deploying Edge AI models on constrained devices. I don't just write firmware, I debug it using JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, the whole thing. Few real projects I have worked on: motor protection systems that respond in 200ms, IoT devices authenticating to AWS over mTLS, and a custom RTOS scheduler built from scratch in ARM assembly. I finished my M.S. in Computer Engineering at Stony Brook with a 3.89 GPA, and my background in Electrical Engineering means I can read a schematic and talk to hardware engineers without getting lost.
Expectations
I'm looking for a team where I can grow, take ownership, and actually see the impact of what I build. But more than anything I want to be somewhere where the work means something and the people around me push me to be better.
