Summary
I'm currently leading an engineering group of over 40 engineers and 3 managers in a Seattle based web services/cloud company. I have experience leading remote teams and growing teams from scratch. My work is mostly in the space of developer tools, SDKs, API development and devops/infrastructure. I have a total of 5 years of people management experience and 10 years of software development experience.
Expectations
I'm looking for the next step in my career. I'm aiming to land a Head of Engineering/Director/Principal Engineering Manager level role in a company that values innovation and diversity. I'm open to roles in Seattle or remote. My ideal role would be to lead multiple software development teams to a vision in a way that ensures long term success with smaller wins along the way.
