Graduate in engineering technology , I have advanced knowledge in, physics and mathematics disciplines as well as a real work experience in computer science, enterprise data lake, energy storage, electrical system installation design, real time fleet health monitoring and reliability via SaaS, and Agile Safe Project Management methodology.

During the last 20 years, I have consistently led projects and organisations that resulted in increased competitiveness and steady profitability, reduced Non-Value-added activities and met quality, safety and security requirements. As a result of my efforts leading different organisations, always challenging status quo and managing teams with various DNA, I was able:
- in the engineering department of a Battery Energy Storage company, to significantly reduce product related issues during commissioning and increase the company profitability metrics by adapting staffing and defining the operating model, organisation interfaces, roles, responsibilities and processes.
- in the engineering department for an airplane manufacturer, to achieve 99% on time, on cost and on quality delivery of engineering deliverables by streamlining the end to end engineering process including implementation of new methodologies, change control boards, automated workflows, performance indicators and training sessions.
- in the Digital Services department for an airplane manufacturer, to reduce customer escalation by 30% and increase customer engagement and services revenue growth by 15% by tracking and prioritising technical blockers and providing engineering feedback to boost the service uptime, modernising the onboarding process and improving products and solutions adoption.
