Director - Regional Manager
Summary
In my career, during multiple leader roles at multiple companies, I learned the fundamentals, gained experience, and was mentored by great leaders. As my responsibilities grew, I saw more and more how all of the pieces fit together. You can hire a great person, but their success may be limited if you don't train them well. If you have excellent training, their success might be limited if you don't get them in front of the right customer. The right customers might only buy once if you have terrible customer service or push them towards a product that doesn't solve their problem. When you expand that out to a team, you must factor in excellent communication, attractive sales goals and incentives, adaptability to changing technology and markets, and coaching everyone to exceed their potential. I have repurposed the challenges I faced in those roles into lessons and tools I use every day.
Expectations
I am looking for a position where I can grow and be a key contributor to the company. Continual development is something that is important for me as I look to lead and learn from different teams. I take pride in creating, leading, and developing a fantastic and sustainable team culture.
