Summary
Head, Products and Strategic Programs, Amazon Fulfilment
	Owned the customer journey, defined vision, and led a team to build product roadmap for improving associate efficiencies in fulfillment centers and to reduce total cost of ownership through automation over $10MM/year (self-service Kiosks for associates, digitization of My Voice and delivery service providers, Automation of workforce planning/roster management and asset Management systems for hand held devices).
	Managed expansion of Amazon Flex product with last mile tech organization ( Contact to new geographies within NA, EU and APAC. This was as part of Amazon expansion of crowd sourcing delivery model within Amazon logistics and building an application for flex drivers to deliver packages. The program expanded to 100K+ flex drivers, 20+ new countries as part of this initiative in 12 months with revenues of $1B+. Included integration with maps, routing solutions, dispatch and last mile operations within amazon logistics incl. analytics to influence marketing and social media campaigns.
	Led RFID and IOT implementations for inventory and asset management, placement and influencing marketing strategy for retail stores. These initiatives saved over $50MM in lost equipment across 3 years.
	Built and managed IT Infrastructure deployments and new products implementation across all businesss globally within Amazon fulfillment across 900+ new sites and $1B+ capital investment annually.
	Developed a testing and product certification strategy to reduce large scale investments and deployment risks with new IT products and services to scale IT asset deprecation and lifecycle management at live operational sites ($$1.5B+ revenue).
	Built HR analytics and research, employee engagement and data science capabilities across fulfilment network to drive predictions and insights across multiple aspects of people metrics.
	Built, managed and operationalized a supplier diversity framework to de-risk supply chain for IT Infrastructure organization, created mitigating strategies globally across 40+ global suppliers and a supply chain of $4B+ annually. Amazon acquired a new company in Taiwan to custom develop its handheld scanners in EU and APAC as a result of these efforts.
	Built and managed customer engagement and Intake mechanisms, annual and quarterly S&OP mechanisms, led Operational excellence related initiatives targeted towards field IT deployment efficiencies and HC optimization ($20MM cost savings in 2022).
	Managed delivery for large transformational products related to software development, system integration, student information and learning management systems, Infrastructure upgrades, Service Now implementation, Workday ERP implementation, Business Intelligence and analytics, application security, business process re-engineering and large-scale mobility implementations.
	Product management leader for building new website development for registration and admission system for largest K-12 school in the world ( Contact This included implementing feedback mechanisms, go to market strategies, website analytics and sales campaign management.
	Product leader to implement Workday ERP system to replace legacy platforms for Finance and HR operations at Department of Education, FL (Managed a team of 100+ functional and technical consultants, architects across Deloitte, KPMG and workday professional services). This was the fastest ever workday implementation in less than 12 months (typically 24 months+) which mitigated legal and compliance contractual penalties with their incumbent vendor (cost avoidance of $20MM).
	Account partner, led Proposals, SOWs, Pre-Sales, managed account growth across Department of education, PA, State Street Bank, Agilent Technologies, Florida Virtual School (P&L of $15MM/annually for 3 years) collaborating with cross functional teams and executives (Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams and Professional Services) to deliver several complex programs.
