Throughout my 4.5 years in Product Leadership at Amazon, I have developed the core technology product management skills, mentored product managers, and led cross functional teams of 15+ members to launch five products from 0->1 through innovative approaches. I have also led 15+ technical and process improvements with high impact in the billing, payments, logistics and user experience domains for small and medium businesses and large enterprise customers . At Kennametal, I won the Asia Pacific award for the highest value provided to customers through the cost per component savings.

EMPATHY DRIVEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP:
As a product leader, I Interviewed 28 PMs, hired 10 PMs, mentored and indirectly managed 2 product managers and 2 program managers to help them grow in their careers. I led the Billing and Payments domain and grew my team from 1 to 6 product/program managers. At Kennametal, I developed and coached 7 channel partners and 20 sales engineers. Through my own pro bono consulting organization, I helped 50 individual adults and students achieve career and personal goals through personal transformational coaching, leading them through relationship-related mental and emotional healing processes. The tools I utilized were nutrition science, positive psychology, meditation, and self-introspection questionnaires. I learnt yoga at the Isha Yoga Center and am part of the Sri Sathya Sai organization as a volunteer to help people realize their inner divinity and evolve spiritually.

I strongly believe that the person I am influences every interaction with stakeholders ,the products I build, and the people I mentor and develop. I therefore strive to ensure every interaction has a practical application of the five human values : truth, right conduct, peace, love and non-violence. I believe in constant learning and development on the professional and personal front ,in looking at situations the way they are and leading/building/transforming with a very positive mindset.
