Summary

Over 20 years experience driving efficient and predictable software launches to market & leading teams of TPMs. How do I do this?

1) Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering and other key stakeholders

2) Fiercely proactive to mitigate project risks and issues myself, not just report on them for others to deal with.

3) Learn the business strategy and technical architecture to drive better product ideation, planning, execution, and post launch support.

4) Minimize non-value added work of my team, so they can focus more on execution.

While I have startup, mid size and large global enterprise experience, would prefer a role in a growing small/medium sized org as the first TPM/PMO to help setup/improve your software delivery execution.

I am successful when my team and I handle execution so well, Product leaders can focus more on strategy, research and requirements & Engineering leaders can focus more on code reviews, architecture design, and coding.

Expectations

Startup, Small or medium sized business that needs help running their software delivery operation. Id prefer to either:
1) Be the first TPM/PMO in a growing organization to execute programs then scale to a larger team as needed.
2) Serve as PMO lead of an existing program management team to assess current team, processes, behaviors and tools
