My ideal position would be as a Program Manager or Project Manager role where I can partner with IT management and technical staff to deliver business transformations driven by digital technology and process improvements. I prefer to work with teams that value high trust and relationships, and companies that are mission-driven and growth-oriented. Being in a position where I can engage equally with the technology staff and non-technical business partners is a plus. I also operate well in environments that value quality in addition to effectiveness. I am comfortable being a very hands on leader (not micromanager), and I prefer to form high performing teams with open dialogue. I am open to hybrid roles in the Atlanta area or remote roles in companies outside of Atlanta.
