Summary

I am a seasoned Director of Purchasing with over 30 years of experience in Retail, Wholesale, and Healthcare. I am a Certified Dietary Manager and have purchased food , furniture, medical supplies, and many other items in Healthcare for between 23 and 75 nursing homes in both Florida where I currently reside(willing to relocate for a decent offer) and nationally . In my capacity as Purchasing operations manager, I oversaw a roster of over 100 department managers throughout 21 facilities. These managers represented staff of up to 15 workers each, including Staffing, Dietary, Supply Chain and Special Projects. My responsibilities in managing these department heads included their hiring(background checks, interviews and salary negotiations)regular updates(compliance issues , inventory management, Personnel issues, project deadlines) and facility visits(traveled extensively between facilities). I am qualified in most managerial roles in Healthcare, Foodservice , or Service Related Industries and would be a good choice for a COO or Chief of staff position.
