Summary

Product designer and leader that has built product design teams from the ground-up in multiple billion-dollar startups. I have worked as an individual contributor designing enterprise and consumer products and a people leader of teams up to 2 dozen people.

Expectations

Looking for a fresh start. I enjoy being the first hire on a design team (typically in a small startup with lots of potential) where I get the opportunity to set the tone from the beginning and build the team completely from scratch. This isnt to say I have not (or will not) taken over a team thats somewhat established. I can do that as well.
