Summary

Lead an engineering organization with 10 direct and 70 indirect reports, consisting of sr managers, managers, and individual contributors. Responsible for a $4m budget, strategic technical direction, building/enabling developers, growing careers and system design.

Expectations

I'm looking for an organization where I can grow into an executive and eventually set the technical direction for an entire organization. I have a bias for action so I'm looking for a place that will exploit that skill and let me be autonomous and make decisions. I also want to be part of a team that values my technical expertise.
