Director of Partnerships or Sr. Account Executive


In July of 2021, I accepted a Director-level position at MongoDB in the Field Partner organization. In this role, I had responsibility for two primary buckets of revenue: 1) Partner-sourced deals and 2) Partner influenced deals. I worked with 25 AEs in the Southeast and 7 Regional Directors to over-achieve the results working with cloud service providers, global SIs, boutique SIs, ISVs, technology partners, OEMs, and resellers. I was ramping at the end of FY22 (ended 1/31/2021) but still managed about 85% of my sourced bucket. Here are my FY2023 results (Feb - July 2022):
