That team went on to be one of the most predictable and high performing teams at BetterCloud. Ever since, I was addicted to helping teams succeed through the power of ownership. I went on to build a team that increased from 5 engineers to 33 engineers, while ensuring that our processes could scale with teams through engineering best practices and KPIs. The teams efforts increased our company's ARR by 18% while reducing our defect count and increasing our customer satisfaction scores.
