Throughout my career, at companies such as Infospace, Nordstrom and Zonar, I have grown small teams with ambitious ideas into globally distributed engineering organizations, spearheaded transformations that drive growth and led high-impact initiatives that reshaped product lines and engineering culture.

At Zonar Systems, I led the end-to-end execution of a real-time mapping solution, from hackathon idea to product launch in North America and Europe, that raised the bar at Zonar, delighted customers and became the cornerstone for a next-gen, cloud-native fleet management solution. Building on this successful product launch, in collaboration with product and UX leaders, the vision for a new, innovative fleet management SaaS platform was born, a multi-year product roadmap was prioritized, and my teams were expanded into an organization of 85+ engineers spanning North America and Vietnam. Over 18 months, my teams delivered 30+ real-time dashboards and reports with AI-powered fleet insights, unified under a responsive design system and component library with full admin and config capabilities.
