Expectations

I'm seeking a Director or VP of Enterprise PMO role where I can own the governance architecture connecting strategy to execution. My ideal environment is a technology company with 500+ initiatives in flight, executive sponsors who understand that PMO is a decision-support function rather than a reporting factory, and real authority to reshape intake, prioritization, and sequencing discipline. Fully remote from Washington State is required. I'm drawn to organizations where the PMO has broken down or never existed I've built these functions from scratch before and know how to make them stick.
