Dear Hiring Manager,
I am a graduate from Business Administration / Marketing and I have been working over 14 years in digital field in various companies, sectors included FMCG, Automotive, Telecommunication, Healthcare / Pharma with different regions around the world, such as USA, EU, Japan, India and Turkey.
Last 10 years, my main focus has been to driving business strategy align with regional & global strategies, working closely with regional and local business partners to shift the strategic business solution towards multi-channel go to market model. I believe my orientation combine with depth understanding of business needs and technical / operational knowledge on project management field would bring great value to business, which would help them reach their goals more effectively.
I have a great track record of managing teams who would come up with audience-winning strategies. I have also keen eye on identifying business opportunities which will work with digital technologies. I have worked and managed teams in 4 different countries, more than 20 virtual teams which elaborated my management skills to understand the business and people from different culture successfully, create a business strategy per organizations need to grow in digital and apply these strategic overviews to operate change management in the mindset and in the operation of business partners and digital team.
