Expectations

Responsible for directly supporting Partner Management and the Clients operational needs, both pre and post launch. This includes but is not limited to campaign set-up and launch, deal generation, campaign reporting/insights, optimizations/troubleshooting to ensure successful execution of client KPIs
Regularly communicate with North America and Europe counterparts to align on workflow updates, task distribution, and to maintain process consistency across global teams.
Design and structure onboarding programs for new hires in the Pune team; track progress and ensure readiness through weekly touchpoints and learning milestones.
Proactively identify workflow gaps and recommend scalable process improvements to increase team efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Support account-specific escalations and weekly reporting for enterprise clients, including sticky study reports, inventory quality analysis, and strategic insights.
Be a trusted technical escalation point for Associates Campaign Managers on ad operations processes
Oversee and support the APAC book of business by partnering closely with Partner Managers to execute end-to-end Ad Operations tasks, ensuring campaign excellence and operational efficiency.
Own monthly reporting responsibilities, including campaign billing reports, 1-pager performance summaries, and quarterly QBR presentations for key advertisers.
Conduct in-depth brand-level and competitor -level analysis using open vs. deal spend data, broken down by format and channel to identify optimization opportunities.
