Led the project to successfully migrate all monitoring systems from Nagios to creating advanced metrics and monitoring alerts on AWS Cloudwatch and Solarwinds for critical production services
Worked in bi-weekly On-call rotations for 24/7 support on time-critical resolution of site-wide outages, customer-facing service failures, security incidents, data breaches etc.
