I have been working on enterprise application development and delivery over 1.5 decades out of India, been part of Architecture team for Finacle CRM, a complete banking solution by Infosys, worked for Pega Systems as part of its application development for almost 11 yrs, managed teams across multiple domains of applications, managed scrum of the teams, managed the product management, managed the releases, worked with multiple stakeholders simultaneously to understand and document their business requirements, translate them to User stories, plan and prioritize them to timely releases. In the last role, I worked and contributed to establish the pega practice at altimetrik india that includes establishing the relation between Altimetrik and Pega Sytems to deliver the training, recruit the best talent for altimetrik to drive the long term vision of Pega practice, mentored the team to come onboard with required training and guidance.
