Summary

Through my many years of development work & digital marketing, I have been able to:
- bring greater efficiency to teams by introducing agile sprints, retros, and other workshop needs
- successfully run & improve upon major in person as well as digital events (with anywhere from 3k to 8k people registered and/or attending)
- teach thousands of people python, data science, etc
- created opportunities for 3k+ people to break down silos, learn about other coding & data science opportunities, and more

Expectations

I expect the company I work for to care for it's employees & support them on their journey. What this means to me is that the company:
- does not expect it's employees to work themselves to death
- leadership listens to employees when they tell them that there is too much work and need to hire more people or de-prioritize work
- leadership fosters a culture of openness and inclusion

I also would prefer to work for a company that has a mission to improve the world in some way - either through their products/services or volunteering/donations.

My expectations for my role would be:
- supporting a community of developers
- creating trainings or hosting webinars to teach others best practices, how to use the product/service, etc
- collaborating with different teams (product, dev, marketing) to ensure effective & efficient planning
