Maintained weekly process to update output file containing over 36 million records and over 20 different tables to ensure accuracy and successful utilization by several teams. Responsible for identifying and correcting fail issues. Also, monitoring campaign on off hours and correcting or updating any issue. So there is no delay for other teams crossed the floor, who uses the output file.
Analyze and offer education recommendations to support objectives.
Conduct extensive research to resolve data and processing issues.
Set up and build processing flows, including ad hoc and new build flows.
Collaborate with internal and external clients, stakeholders, sales support managers, and client service managers.
Resolve data and processing issues according to product, client, and third-party vendor specifications.
Serve as point of contact and/or key advisor for clients and team members.
