DEI Program Manager

Summary

I am a DEI Program Manager with a wealth of professional experience and a proven track record of success. My background in human resources has helped me communicate the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace to stakeholders of all levels.

Throughout my career I have worked with a wide range of organizations, from small startups to large corporations, to develop and implement DEI initiatives. Most recently, I've led the development of a comprehensive DEI strategy for a large technology company. Through this experience I've designed DEI learning materials, managed employee resource groups, and delivered talent management programs.

Prior to my work in the DEI space, I have worked as an HR Business Partner and Marketing/Communications Specialist. Through both of these roles, I have strengthened my ability to build stakeholder relationships and gained a reputation for being an effective communicator and problem solver. I have a strong passion for helping organizations build a more engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce and am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new organization.
