Data Scientist/ML Engineer

Summary

I have completed my Bachelor's of Engineering in the year 2019 with computer as my major. Having 3,2 year of experience, I am a process automation engineer capable of creating, developing and testing highly adaptive services to translate business problems into substantial deliveries. My role involves selecting the usecase for automation and automating the usecase end to end. Using Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning, I am detecting the usecase and then using scripting to solve the usecase end to end. With the automation, I have detected the system failure before any customer incident by spearheading end-to-end process automation for application with 4.7 million users for Fiat Chrysler now Stellantis. The mean time to resolve the incident is reduced from 6 hrs to 12 min by conceptualizing, engineering and implementing automation. My roles also involves mentoring the trainees in the process automation with Python
Along with this I was also the winner of Smart India Hackathon organized by Govt. of India in 2018.
