Data Scientist
Summary
I am a highly determined student athlete majoring in Engineering Management with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Pacific. I am in the blended program at Pacific and am graduating with my MSES and BS. I have an interest in data analytics to solve problems.
My passion for data analytics stems from a basketball analytics project that I submitted to the MIT SLOAN Sports Analytics Conference. I recently completed an internship as as a Ticket Analytics Intern with the New York Lizards, a professional lacrosse team, where I used R and RapidMiner to create a ticket sales prediction model. I am currently an Enology intern at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, where I work in the lab testing the brix, pH, acidity, ammonia etc. levels of wine. I also have experience with Solidworks and working in a manufacturing lab.
