Data Scientist
Summary
At the University of Colorado Boulder, I've contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant, identifying cognitive brain regions using fMRI data and advanced models. Notably, I developed pruning methods for neuron activations and enhanced distributed training across GPUs. My research culminated in an ICBINB@NeurIPS 2022 paper. Simultaneously, I've taught Psychological Statistics, C++, and assisted in Cognitive Science, fostering enriched learning for students. During my internship at LiveRamp, I improved data onboarding tenfold, streamlined CRM PII processing, and conducted impactful R&D on XGBoost and BQML. I also prototyped enhanced search and visualization tools for application metadata.
Expectations
From a new job, I expect challenging tasks, opportunities to learn and grow, a collaborative environment, fair compensation, work-life balance, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to the company's goals.
