Summary

- Participate in the maintenance daily or monthly reports of the Center, e.g. Topup, iCard Campaign Daily Reports,
Sentiment Analysis Monthly Report (including insights)
- Providing performance evaluation criteria and building dashboards for the Campaign which support for analytical
reports, e.g. Online Term Deposit, Topup and iCard Campaign metrics and dashboards
- Research, analyze and apply Machine Learning techniques to large structured datasets and provide more insights,
e.g. iCard Customer Behavior Analysis, Using-app Customer Scoring
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner, e.g. Vintage analysis for Churn prediction
