Summary

I am currently working as a Data Scientist at Rolls-Royce, where I have been involved in building LangChain-based agents and working extensively on classical machine learning and semantic search systems. I contributed to the internal SIS application, which stores large volumes of aircraft engine data, by adding new feature columns and making the data searchable using TF-IDF vectorization and cosine similarity. To address performance bottlenecks, I migrated the data processing layer from Pandas to Polars, significantly improving query latency. Alongside this, I am actively working on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and setting up XWiki as a knowledge source for an internal knowledge bot. In parallel, I have contributed part-time to building AI-driven interview and learning platforms such as Vizh AI and Kodemaster, where I implemented advanced RAG systems using LangChain. Previously at Scopely, I worked on a multi-LLM Slack assistant and an agentic data insights platform using LangChain and LangGraph, where agents could autonomously query BigQuery, fetch metrics from Looker, and interact with GCP services to generate insights. I have also built document-based chatbots and RAG systems at Foyr, worked on fine-tuning large language models, and developed a personal tool that searches LinkedIn profiles and generates structured summaries using LLMs.
