I am proactive in bringing up topics and discuss with relevant people. I feel most valuable when I have a good working solutions that fit the needs and continue improving the model.

Expectations

I look for a community where data scientists like to share their opinions and value creativity and flexibility with business partners. I also value work-life-balance since overwork doesn't do any good. I also like culture encouraging growing skillset such as taking online course or getting a certificate.
