Summary

I have experience in both production support role and a development role. With regards to my support role, I would receive tickets of failed jobs and I would fix them to ensure the flow of data. I also receive tickets about errors or anomalies in data found by the users, I would then escalate the data to the source or to my direct supervisor if I found that the error is with the process. For my development role, I have handled projects in which I had to start from scratch. From the retrieval of data from the file server to ingestion and transformation (if needed) of the data, I was involved and creating the script. I would then do UAT and get feedback from the user in order to see if the data that they are seeing is correct
