Data Engineer
Summary
I was part of a team that built an entire data ecosystem over the last 4 years. Our team determined the tools, delivery methods, and any SAAS or FOSS we deployed to support client and internal requests. When the platform launched I was able to pull data from a reporting API into S3/Redshift, use SQL to query and structure it with a data lake house platform, and deliver it as a data source to Tableau or manipulate it with Python in a Jupyter notebook.
I provided data support for global brands including Marriott, Bayer AG, and Centene,
I assisted with GTM and Google Analytics implementation and measurement
Expectations
I'd like to spend my day writing SQL and Python to transform data into usable records to feed into data viz tools like Tableau. My background is in digital media data, and I enjoy the process of audience segmentation and analysis.
