Summary

As a results-driven Data Engineer with over 5 years of experience, I have designed, built, and maintained business-critical data infrastructure and pipelines to support the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of data. I received my education at the University of Connecticut, and I studied various programming languages, frameworks, and tools including Python, SQL, Jinja, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, AWS, Apache, Airflow, Django, Docker, DBT, Snowflake, Jupyter, Tableau, and Looker.

During my professional career, I have worked with various organizations, and some of my major achievements include improving the backend architecture at HubSpot to facilitate a 150% growth in efficiency and reliability while engineering innovative solutions to complex business challenges that were previously deemed "unsolvable". I conceptualized the future of environment maintenance by developing over 110 unique business applications using technologies including Python and MongoDB. Additionally, I have built and analyzed marketing data, provided insights to an array of organizations, and built multi-level tests ensuring the accuracy and completeness of marketing data.

At Panther, I designed, built, and maintained data pipelines and infrastructure, optimized and secured data infrastructure for high performance, reliability, scalability, and privacy compliance, and continuously evaluated and researched new data technologies and tools to improve data infrastructure and processes. I engineered a complex set of data pipelines to gather detailed infrastructure costs from multiple AWS services and created granular cost reports in Tableau, enabling the business to monitor infrastructure spending and make data-driven decisions.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to engineer solutions that met data needs and requirements, monitored data quality and availability, and implemented best practices for data management and governance.
