Summary

In my 17 years at Microsoft, I had incredible opportunities to learn, grow and leverage my skills across a variety of roles and projects. Working on great teams with incredibly bright colleagues has been very inspiring and rewarding. One particular point of pride was knowing that the work I did strove to improve the experiences of all employees across the company.

Most recently, my responsibilities were primarily focused on developing, implementing and maintaining data pipelines for various internal teams and initiatives. This work was instrumental in gleaning valuable insights into the culture, employee experience and sentiment and internal collaborative networks. These insights were routinely presented to senior leadership and used to inform employee-facing initiatives at Microsoft.

Prior to this role, I was extensively involved in the Nokia acquisition, where I was responsible for landing 37k people and positions into our HCM system. I also worked on other enterprise-wide initiatives, such as redesigning and implementing a new job title taxonomy. Apart from special projects, I was primarily responsible for creating reporting solutions serving internal customers such as senior leadership, HR, Finance, etc.

I value collaboration, knowledge sharing and teamwork. Im a firm believer in the role of creativity in technical work. There are often multiple ways to approach a challenge, and the best one may not always be the most obvious. Tenacity, attention to quality and efficiency and a healthy appetite for learning are vital skills to have, and skills I would love to bring to a new opportunity.

Lastly, I am a champion of diversity and individuality. In my experience, different backgrounds produce better outcomes.

Expectations
