Summary

I've spent over 20 years turning messy, complex data into decisions that actually move businesses forward.
My work sits at the intersection of analytics leadership and hands-on delivery. I'm equally comfortable defining a data strategy for senior stakeholders and getting into the weeds of an ETL pipeline or Power BI dashboard. That combination is rare, and it's what I bring to every team I lead.
Over the years I've built and led analytics, BI, and data engineering teams across energy, financial services, manufacturing, and tech in Brazil, Ireland, and across the EMEAI region. At ESB I reduced incidents by over 40% and cut costs by 10% year-on-year by rebuilding how the data engineering team operated. At Sherwin-Williams I now manage master data across a region of 40+ countries, aligning global teams around a single source of product truth.
I specialise in Power BI, Tableau, Azure, and high-scale ETL pipelines, but what I'm really good at is building the people, processes, and culture around the data, not just the technology.
I hold a first-class MSc in Data Analytics from Dublin Business School, an MBA in Competitive Intelligence, and certifications as a Scrum Master, SQL Server Data Development, and Azure Data Fundamentals.
Right now I'm looking for a management Data Analytics role (or related) where I can lead a high-performing team and help a business make smarter decisions at scale.
